At a young age I discovered meditation, pranayama and yoga, from that moment on I have been embracing a long journey to find a deeper connection that balanced my life. After more than a decade of practice, I obtained my RYT-200 and been teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yin/Restorative Yoga and Prental Yoga. My degree in Psychology has allowed me to combine Yoga to help people through yoga-therapy, providing not only psychological support but the art of self-healing through asana and breath, guiding yogis to rediscover their real nature and Self.
