Greg was born and raised in the North Shore area of Massachusetts. His yoga practice began in June of 2009. As a Boston qualified marathon runner he found the practice equalized the intensity of training. Greg completed his YA RYT 200-hour certification at the Cape Ann Yoga School where he studied Baptiste Style Power Vinyasa Yoga. He believes yoga is a gradual progression and through honesty and correct effort students of all levels can attain health and balance. In addition to his yoga education Greg has earned a from Boston College and an MBA from the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University.
