All of my courses are based on inner awareness. It is possible to recognize everything that we don’t need anymore (from tension to fear), and bit by bit we can let it go.
The external form of the Yoga courses includes Asana in the Hatha Yoga style, for part of which Vinyasa (synchronised movement and breathing) is practised. Along with that Pranayama (guided breathing techniques) and Meditation are practised.
Yoga Dance is a mix between freer, softer movements and Yoga moves in continuous, flowing sequences. In Yoga Dance, the focus is not so much on the precision of execution of Yoga moves, rather this playful and flowing form offers an entirely new approach to the understanding of the Asana.
