Gretchen Holm

My yoga practice commenced her more than six years ago. I am a recent graduate from Desert Yoga Therapy and earned my credentials as a RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher). Amazed at how my yoga practice made me feel, I wanted to be able to give back to others. Yoga, for me, became more than a physical practice. Yoga evolved into a spiritual practice giving me greater peace of mind.
