I am a kundalini yoga teacher and besides that I am a teacher in adult education in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland. In summer I also work as a driver-guide - my best tours connect travel and yoga in the wonderful dynamic nature of Iceland!

I run the travel company Eilifdarsol, which operates yoga tours to Italy. I can also tailor make yoga tours in Iceland.
