Gunjan Rawat, Originally from Bhopal, has gained experience Teaching for the past few years is now settled in Pune from Aug. 2014. Gunjan is very Passionate about Yoga which is Transparent & Noticeable immediately when entering her classroom. She is constantly upgrading her Professional & Personal Skills by undertaking regularly diff. Formal Trainings & Certifications in different Fields, Styles & Specializations of Yoga with renown International Institute.
Gunjan is a TTC Graduate from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre (officially recognized by Yoga Alliance in the USA & Canada) where she completed a Yoga Teacher Training Course in October 2013 with 200+ Registered hours of Practice. She has also completed 200+ Registered hours from Siddhi Yoga Centre in Dharamshala, officially recognized by Yoga Alliance in the USA & Canada, where she has also Practiced, Trained in & Mastered Multi-Styles Yoga which includes: Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar & Therapeutic Yoga.
She has also successfully completed a Residential Iyengar Yoga Course at Swami Dayanand Ashram, Rishikesh in November 2013.
She further, has been Travelling across India Studying different Styles of Yoga, Leaning from different Teachers & Renown Schools picking out the Best of each Styles. Now practicing the Hatha, Sivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar, Yin Styles of Yoga.
Gunjan is Experienced in Teaching Group Yoga Classes for Adults & Kids as well as Private Classes for Working Professionals.
Since 2009, for the last 5 years now, She has decided to move ahead in life with Yoga as her Source of Energy as it gives her Inner Strength to face Problems in her Daily Life, Gives her Mental Calmness to Focus on the Solutions to those Problems, Helped her to Understanding Herself Better & Approach Situation in a Calmer & Clearer Way.
Yoga has completely changed Gunjan’s Life for the Better, Yoga has given her Everlasting Peace, Happiness & Sense of Fulfilment.
Her Warm, Bubbly, Charismatic & Passionate Personally makes it very easy for Kids to Connect and Feel Comfortable with her Instantly. Her Playful & Youthful Energy and Approach
