This is a relaxing yoga to increase flexibility, patience, and correct or maintain good posture. Highly recommended for ages 20 to 100+, but all ages welcome! :) There will be music during the beginning and ending meditation and we will hold each pose for 3 minutes.
Breezy Tree Yoga is 90% Asana (Poses) and 10% Meditation. This yoga flow will be medium-paced, allowing you to breathe through the poses, and is welcome to beginning Yogis and advanced Yogis alike!
This is a great practice for cardiac health, lean muscle building to protect the bones, increased flexibility, improved mood and confidence, weight loss or maintenance, connecting with ones inner-self, and meeting fellow yogis!
Directions: From Hillcrest, turn onto Blue Mesa, go straight, and then turn left on Cumberland Court. Plenty of parking in cul-de-sac.
***Provided is shoulder adjustment during Savasana, relaxing music throughout practice and I have 2 yoga mats I can lend out.
***Please wear appropriate yoga clothing, bring water, a yoga mat if you have one and a friend if you want! :)
