About me: I started practicing yoga to escape the busy days at my corporate job in London, to move, breathe and relax. Over years I noticed a shift mentally and emotionally, I felt yoga helped me grow!

With encouragement from friends and family to do something close to my heart and share what I have learned I completed my first yoga teacher training in Nepal, staying at a Buddhist Monastery overlooking the Himalayas. Back in London I started teaching and loved every minute of it. In the years following, I have completed several trainings including yin and prenatal yoga training. In 2016, I moved to Mauritius and I'm excited to continue teaching here.

I believe we can live from a stronger and kinder place when we get to know ourselves. I hope to provide the space for you to explore the body-mind connection and start listening to your heart and intuition.
