I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years and have taken a variety of personal and group classes, and to say she is one of the best yoga teachers I have come across during this time is an understatement. She has a way of motivating you during tough transitions and poses, and then relaxing you with her soothing voice during relaxation periods.
I'll never forget the time I took one of her semi-private classes and during the final relaxation (a huge stress reliever!) my friend actually fell asleep...and started snoring! It takes a very skilled yoga teacher to be able to create a yoga sequence that includes a healthy combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, stretching, concentration, and relaxation. I ALWAYS leave her class feeling 100 times better than when I arrived. I am so grateful for all she has done for me on a physical, spiritual and mental level. Thank you Hannah!
