I am a yoga teacher, teaching adult yoga and pregnancy yoga in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Yoga is amazing for calming the mind, strengthening the body and becoming more flexible. Yoga improves fitness and helps promote health in the body, keeping it young. Yoga helps us connect with body and mind, helping us to deal with and remove stress. Yoga also empowers us to live a fulfilling, loving and empowering life.
Each of my yoga classes will involve relaxation, pranayama and asanas and will be a great way to unwind after your weekend and prepare yourself for your week ahead.
Each yoga class will be accessible to beginners and intermediates, with a focus on working within your own range of movement and limitations rather than trying to attain the perfect posture. The asana practice will involve strengthening flow sequences together with more restorative postures, with encouragement to focus your mind on the present moment throughout.
I am registered with Yoga Alliance UK and have a particular interest in using yoga to assist the body in becoming calm and healthy from the inside out.
