After 10 years of studio dance and 4 years on her high school’s dance team, Hannah discovered yoga in 2011. Hannah immediately fell in love with the physical asana practice, as it helped with her flexibility and strength. Through her continued practice, Hannah grew to develop a love of the emotional and spiritual benefits as well. Hannah went on to complete her 200 hour Vinyasa YTT at Corepower Yoga in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Currently a junior at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, Hannah has found yoga to bring a sense of calm in the chaos of the modern world. Yoga has helped her to grow in patience, tolerance, understanding, and acceptance of her imperfections. As an instructor, Hannah helps students find their own connection to the practice of yoga, whether it be physical, mental, spiritual or a combination of all. No matter what level, Hannah believes that everyone has a yogi inside of them and is honored to help guide others in their practice!
