What does that mean?
When focus and attention are brought internally, we start to realize a deeper, more sustained state of bliss and balance. Through the practice of movement with breath, meditation with flow, the expression of internal attention, the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga are built. We open ourselves to an awareness of how and why to align with the Cosmic flow, the way of Nature.
