I have been practising Iyengar Yoga for nearly 3 years and love it!! Because of my rural and Island location my instructor visits monthly for intensive classes and I lead a private practise with a friend.
I practise yoga as much as I can and have found the whole body and mind approach fantastic.
My daughter, who is 3, has been my inspiration for training to teach children yoga. She has watched me practise since she was born and wakes up every morning with a yoga mat in hand saying "yoga mummy?"
The benefits for children are amazing giving them great body awareness and confidence when taking part in a non-competitive sports.
