Hannah Williams is celebrating her tenth year of teaching this year. She wears many hats as a yogini, singer-songwriter and busy mom and wife. Yoga aids in the balance of her life on and off the mat. She teaches alignment based flow classes with a relaxed casual demeanor making her students feel right at home.
Her love of yoga and service led her to her 200 hour teacher training in January of 2007. At the tail end of her training she became pregnant and dove into prenatal yoga studies.
She became certified to teach pre and postnatal yoga in 2008 through Leslie Lytle's OmMamma training. Holding space for Mamas to connect, strengthen safely and feel empowered as they prepare for birth and motherhood are some of her greatest passions.
Hannah also completed 100 hours of training in Anusara Yoga and 100 hours of Birthing From Within training. She studied with Sean Corne and Shiva Rae and has elements of flow in all her classes.
One of Hannah’s greatest assets is her ability to connect with her students. Her classes are fun, rooted in alignment with flowing sequences and usually accompanied by an eclectic playlist or a song of her own!
