Ashtanga Yoga gives you an unlimited potential for healing your body and mind. Ashtanga Yoga is breathing deeply, using your bandha's and focus.
Since I make a lot of time for fitness exercise, eat LCHF and practice Ashtanga Yoga I am more productive and a happier person too.
In my practice and classes Ashtanga Yoga I work without physical adjustments, because the body heals and corrects himself.
I work as a sports-, fitness-instructor and tennisteacher since 1978.
