I teach a classic form of hatha yoga, with an emphasis on going deeper into fundamental yoga asanas. Each yoga session explores standing, sitting, supine and prone poses, thus making it a wholesome experience. Students concentrate on their breath, helping to take them deeper into themselves and the asana.
My background in theatre and karate has also urged me to explore yoga as an art form; hence the teachings of Iyengar are approached with sincerity.
Besides yoga, I teach English, and find space for badminton, the saxophone, writing, drama, birdwatching, dance -- and bringing up my three beautiful children.
