Hawah O

Hawah is an artist, author, educator, and non-profit leader. He tours nationally and internationally facilitating interactive workshops, performing poetry, and teaching yoga. Hawah holds certifications in both Jivamukti and Sivananda Yoga traditions. He is a Vipassana Meditation practitioner and also trains in Kung Fu, specifically in Shaolin, Tai Chi, Li Hu Ba Fa, and Baguazhang styles, with Sifu Liu Xiao Ling. Hawah has authored 4 books, produced 3 documentary films and 2 musical CDs; he is the creator/ editor of “The Poetry of Yoga” book anthology and co-founder of One Common Unity. &
