Hayley came to yoga from a holistic background having worked as a massage therapist. She has a very hands on approach to Yoga, concentrating on alignment whilst encouraging you to find your own path. She discovered yoga whilst living in New Zealand, starting with Ashtanga, having practiced many different styles, she really relates to the discipline and the core strengthening elements of the Ashtanga Vinyasa style.
Teaching felt like the natural progression and so she travelled to India to train in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Rocket and Yin yoga and is now a 200 hour certified Yoga Alliance teacher. You can expect a strong, flowing sequence concentrating on the traditional fundamentals to Ashtanga, the breath and focus to build a steady practice leaving you feeling energized and uplifted.
