I am a change manager, life coach and yoga teacher. I offer an integrated and customised approach to my classes as they are small and intimate. As I live with anxiety and use yoga and meditation to calm my mind and body I use mindfulness tools and meditation into my classes. I blend my spiritual practice into my classes to offer a safe and healing space for my clients.
As I work in corporate I have a good understanding of the stress and the impact thereof on your body and mind and customise my corporate classes to ensure clients leave feeling more connected to themselves and with a calmer mind.
I also offer mobile yoga classes at all levels, people with disabilities, teenagers, children and special occasions.
