ARE WE CREATING OR ARE WE LIMITING?
Practicing and teaching yoga/functional movement is important to me as it allows our bodies to continue to do the things we love to do. Whatever life throws at you or whatever activity you choose to do, it is important to maintain our physical health. To maintain our natural movements allows us a better chance at maintaining our mental health. Being open to adaptation allows us to continue to grow our body, mind, and soul. I teach and practice multiple forms of yoga and have a huge passion for being upside down! I teach regular yoga classes, handstand classes and workshops, I offer private coaching for individuals and small groups. I enjoy bringing different types of movements into the lives our of youth! Maintaining healthy movements allows us to push our body and minds past the limits!
