I have been teaching Yoga since 2003. I teach a flowing Vinyasa style, and focus on creating balance, strength, flexibility,awareness and preventing Yoga injury. I enjoy teaching all ages and abilities. I have taught prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for Teens, Yoga for Sports, Hot Power, Corporate Yoga, Partner Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. I enjoy teaching for individuals, couples, classes, retreats and special events.
