Heather is a yogini and yoga teacher based in Kelowna, BC. Her approach to yoga is gentle and light-hearted, with an emphasis on self-compassion, playfulness, and relaxation.
Her classes are open to students of all levels, with attention given to healthy alignment, breath, and deepening the connection between body and mind. In all classes, she strives to create space for finding calm, and evolving one’s personal practice.
Heather began practicing yoga in 2002, and completed her YTT-200 with Tandava Yoga in 2014. She continues to train and develop her skills as a teacher, focusing on yoga therapy, restorative yoga, and embodied mindfulness practices.
