Heather's yoga practice started at university when she was dragged to her first class and floated out the door. She has over 600 hours of yoga study under her belt (USA, India, Australia) and is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin and meditation. Her classes are challenging and informative with an emphasis on physical alignment, safety and helping you to feel good! She teaches at several studios around Brisbane as well as corporate classes for K&L Gates lawyers, ARUP engineers, Telstra Corporation, Brisbane City Council, Energex & Qld Teachers Union, and to several sporting teams including the Queensland Bulls. She believes a consistent yoga practice helps you achieve your highest level of wellbeing.
