I began my yoga journey nearly 10 years ago after suffering an injury from impact sports. I was skeptical about what yoga had to offer but soon discovered a practice that offered unlimited potential for mental, physical & spiritual growth. I fell in love with the many benefits I experienced & wanted to share what I'd learned with others. In deepening my practice, I completed a 200-hour teacher training with Alison Rubin at Harmony Yoga of Spokane, WA. My teaching style is alignment based to aid in injury prevention & is influenced by a background in martial arts & outdoor sports. I hope to offer you a practice that will leave you feeling compassionate, grounded, peaceful, strong, & open minded. My goal is to help you find your inner strength & work within your own abilities. Yoga allows us to continually expanding our horizons & carry the benefits of our practice into the world.
