My journey started 20 years ago with meditation and evolved to a more physical practice on the mat integrating all 8 limbs of yoga along the way.
Two years ago I completed 200hrs TTC multiple styles Ashtanga and Hatha and Vinyasa and last year I did my 500hrs TTC Hatha and I also completed Yoga Therapy studies.
I am integrating my background knowledge of Yoga Philosophy with my Naturapathic qualifications and Ayurvedic knowledge as well as my Meditation and Kundalini practice to bring you vast and relevant lifestyle applications to integrate into your daily life.
I follow my students progress and teach from my heart and soul. I also have monthly or bi-quarterly workshops such as alignments and adjustments , philosophy and chanting sessions , chakra balancing etc.
