I began practicing yoga as a form of exercise to lose weight, it gradually changed my life. I credit yoga for helping me become more mindful and aware of my body, helping me lose the last 50 pounds of a 100 pound weight loss. That was 8 years ago, I love to share yoga and the changes that it can make in anyone's life. Whether they are looking for a physical change such as gaining strength, flexibility, improved range of motion or core strength; or more spiritually gaining more mindfulness, peace and calm yoga meets you where you are. I special in Restorative/gentle yoga and private yoga sessions where I can zero in on each individuals' needs and move slowly and mindfully.
