I was first introduced to yoga in college when I selected it as my phys-ed elective in the 1980's. I connected to the alignment and movement immediately from my childhood studying ballet. But when I dug deeper into the meditation, breath, and visualization techniques, I became hooked. Throughout various sign posts in my life from my first career to motherhood, and now raising a teen, yoga has been a nurturing source of balance for me to flow through life's changes. I'm inspired by teaching and sharing those tools. I believe yoga is for everyone and every BODY. I love teaching children of all ages and abilities, women's wellness, restorative and therapeutic styles as well as gentle flowing Hatha yoga for enrichment programs, special events, retreats and yoga studio venues.
