Having practiced yoga for 20 years, Heidi has gone through many changes physically, mentally, and spiritually. She had the great fortune to study and receive advanced training (RYT 200/300) under a master, Shri Yogi Hari, who’s been teaching yoga for over 40 years. Heidi has a number of other certifications too, including Suspension Yoga, Yoga Anatomy Principles with Leslie Kaminoff, SUP Yoga/American Red Cross Lifeguard, 200-hour TTC from Anuttara Yoga Shala, as well as Advanced Yoga Training from The Yoga Joint.
Combining acquired knowledge with her own personal experience, Heidi possesses the unique ability to set the beginner student at ease while encouraging them with an excitement to progress. She is instantly attuned also to the needs of the more advanced students and intuitively provides them with their next challenge. No matter the class, whether gentle or intense, the focus remains the same – proper alignment, proper breathing and positive thinking – leaving students feeling refreshed, relaxed and happy.
