Consistent yoga practice was an uplifting addition to my life and I became a teacher to share that with others. I incorporate tools and variations to help bring the asana to meet each individual body and promote self love and care. I offer vinyasa and restorative flows at the beginner level with a focus on learning to breath and connect your breathe with movement as well as guided meditation. Each yoga class ends with a 10 minute savasana that begins with a short yoga nidra before settling into full relaxation. Private lessons are available upon request.
