Yoga for me is not just doing a practice on the mat, it is being able to embody it, drawing on it throughout the day with whatever is happening in my day. Having a toolbox to draw on. This way I can share from a place of authenticity and truth. In modern life so much of our time is spent in yang type activity, lots of doing and rushing, so my classes are available to put the much needed yin back into our lives. Allowing yourself to simply be, rest, nourish your nervous system. My holistic yoga approach is sharing from a place of respect and compassion for individual limitations, physical comfort and safety. Classes are nourishing and rejuvenating, connecting breath, mind and body. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
