As a professional dancer I have used yoga for over 12 years to increase flexibility and prevent injury. After completing the Himalayan Yoga Institute Teacher Training Course in India, I want to share what I have learnt and practised over the years to help others get the most out of their bodies.​​I tailor the style of the yoga class to your needs so you will feel the benefits straight away, helping to create longer leaner muscles.
