I trained in 2006 at Down Dog Yoga in Washington DC in the Baptiste style of Power Vinyasa. I began my yoga with an Ashtanga practice and have also attended trainings in various aspects and modalities of yoga. The styles of yoga I consistently teach are Power Vinyasa and therapeutic keenly focused on movement with the breath encouraging a sense of self-empowerment. I like to bring a sense of lightness to my teaching - we all need to loosen up a bit sometimes.

I facilitate workshops and retreats in the lower North Island tapping into my career as a strategic business planner and leader in the government sector, while also bringing my life experiences and knowledge to the table.
