I am a 500-hour accredited yoga teacher located in Winnipeg, Canada, currently writing a series yoga books with my co-author, Candace Propp. The six-book series is based on yoga actions to strengthen, align and increase flexibility. Three of the books are available in print and digital formats—Creating Space: Yoga Actions for Feet & Ankles; Creating Space: Yoga Actions for Legs& Knees; Creating Space: Yoga Actions for Pelvis & Psoas. As part of our collaboration, we are also designing a 200-hour teacher training program to be delivered in 2015-2016.
I feel blessed to practice, teach and write about a subject that gives such gifts to our world.
