When I was 55 I was standing in my yoga class and I thought I want to teach yoga - it makes me feel so good I want to pass this feeling onto others.
I practice every day and I love the energy I feel from stretching and extending myself energetically and spiritually. Yoga for is me a blend of physical, emotional and breath.
