I attended my first yoga class in 1989 and was immediately hooked! I qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher in 1995 and completed my Ashtanga teacher training in 2006.
I attend regular yoga workshops and passionately believe that yoga is essential for my health and well-being, incorporating aspects of many different yoga styles in my practice and my teaching.
I have a Masters in Education and tailor my classes to suit the needs of my students. My aim is to introduce yoga to as many people as possible in a safe, fun environment.
