Currently, yoga for me means a path. A path on which I have once embarked thanks to destiny and immediately understood that this is correct. Asana & pranayama practice is only a beginning and a very good tool that enables us to be aware of ourselves, to comprehend ourselves and understand why we are here. Iyengar yoga is a system developed by genius and brilliant teacher, our Guruji Iyengar, whom me personally and all of us, his students, have to be grateful for understanding the most subtle relations and details of his teachings and for the opportunity to develop want to be one of those who pass on his genuine teaching to others.
