I welcome you to experience yoga in a supportive and relaxing setting. No prior yoga experience is necessary. We will gently weave the yoga postures (asanas) and breath work (pranayama) to all ability levels to stretch, relax and strengthen the body and tranquil the mind.
I started my yoga path when I was pregnant with my first baby, and many wonderful teachers have shaped and encouraged me along the way. Now I am happy to be passing the blessings on and forward. Namaste.
