My yoga journey starts after my second delivery. Before that I used to do exercises but not yoga. After my son's birth, I was overweight and I wanted to lose weight but I couldn't do exercises because of my knee pain. My sister is already a yoga teacher but I didn't take too much interest in yoga. But I was completely change when I did yoga with her when I went to India after my son's birth. I found better than other forms of exercises. More energetic, to perform different Asanas using breathing in a proper way, involving the muscles by going deeply into. I found amazing. I found my knees improving. I found that the muscles of my upper thighs being strong as the ligaments were torn according to the doctor. It was the turning point of my Yoga life. I continued my practice and I decided to take teachers training to deepen my knowledge so that I can help others, too. Really, to use your body,mind and soul going within inside, for me only Yoga is the solution.
