My yoga journey starts after my second delivery. Before that I used to do exercises but not yoga. After my son's birth, I was overweight and I wanted to lose weight but I couldn't do exercises because of my knee pain. My sister is already a yoga teacher but I didn't take too much interest in yoga. But I was completely change when I did yoga with her when I went to India after my son's birth. I found better than other forms of exercises. More energetic, to perform different Asanas using breathing in a proper way, involving the muscles by going deeply into. I found amazing. I found my knees improving. I found that the muscles of my upper thighs being strong as the ligaments were torn according to the doctor. It was the turning point of my Yoga life. I continued my practice and I decided to take teachers training to deepen my knowledge so that I can help others, too. Really, to use your body,mind and soul going within inside, for me only Yoga is the solution.

A great teacher

- Demonstrates the yoga pose and explains the the benefits of each pose.
- Gives Individual attention.
- She does not force you to do the poses if the body is not permitting, but helps you or ask you to do the basic pose or given variations in the pose.

A very good teacher, with whom you would love to do yoga, and who explains the benefits of each pose she teaches you.

the incentive yogi

-Being well-aware about the true meaning of yoga , you try your fullest to bring the accurate and defined posture of the asans of the respective students . You're really hard working and you try to teach us the true meaning of power yoga and bring calmness and stillness in our body . Apart from performing the same asans every day , you come up with various styles of activities in the asans such as leg stretching , arm balancing , dancing warriors , etc
-You've helped me to perform various asanas and you never give up and continue motivating me and you do the same with your other students . You keep learning and learning to get a knowledge more than you already have about yoga .
