A down to earth and inspiring spiritual guide

Hersha is wise and experienced teacher, with a wicked sense of humor and a deep experiential knowledge of the multiple aspects of yoga practice. She makes what is hard feel easy and reminds one that asanas that look easy still require attention and dedication. Every moment spent learning from her is a blessing!

Hersha is not just a TTT, she is a whole-hearted Mentor

In the class, my takeaway is not just the learning of asana or philosophy of body and mind, and i can see the changes inside me. She delivers the class with live example which can deepen our understanding on ourselves, our mind and the Universe. Most important of all, she guides us how to acquire a joyful and peaceful life.
Within that 10 months course, i can also see the stronger and positive sign of my team players. Hersha is really our respectable mentor.

Instills a Passion for More in All of Her Students

Hersha is an amazing teacher, among the best I've com across in my 15 years of practice. She has a passion and love for all of yoga, not just asana. She is a beautiful soul who inspires all who have had the opportunity to learn from her. She is gentle, kind-hearted, yet she has expectations that are clear and consistent, often requiring students to reach a bit more than they may on their own. Without hesitation, I recommend Hersha as a teacher, yogi and guide. I took my initial TT with her, and I will continue with her in more advanced courses. Her passion and energy are contagious!

The best you can ask for!

If you are looking for a yoga teacher who's focus is not only the physical yoga, but all the other paths as well - you can't ask for anyone better than Hersha!

She practices all eight limbs of yoga, and she encourages her students to do the same. Enjoy!
