My personal practice is Ashtanga, and I teach Ashtanga for beginners and intermediate students as well as more specifically focussed classes for cyclists, runners and sports enthusiasts. With 14+ years working in a hectic media industry I have also developed a particular interest in yoga in the workplace as a way of building resilience, improving wellbeing, creativity and productivity.

I'm accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and RYT 200hrs.

I can be bribed with a lovely cup of tea.
