Hillary teaches vinyasa yoga with a focus on the basics of alignment and moving safely. She is 200 RYT certified from the Prancing Peacock Yoga Studio. Her classes emphasize her dedicated personal attention to everyone in realizing the huge benefits of yoga, including stronger bodies, less pain, and stress relief. Additionally, as an AFAA certified personal trainer and core awareness enthusiast, Hillary incorporates strength and flexibility into her teaching. While creatively interweaving underlying themes, poetry, and music she provides a nurturing environment in which students are encouraged to connect with their inner power and discover their own beautiful gifts.
