I teach all levels of yoga, focusing primarily on Slow Flow, Gentle, Trauma-Sensitive, Prenatal and Postnatal styles. My classes focus heavily on breath-initiated movement and safe alignment, and I integrate a little philosophy into most sessions. I love introducing yoga to beginners, walking the pregnancy journey with mamas, helping refine the practice for more advanced practitioners, and training teachers to share yoga with others. I also offer sessions of long-held, supported restorative poses combined with gentle massage and energy work to promote physical and emotional healing and deep, conscious relaxation.
