Hollie Diss is a Yoga Teacher based in North London. An upbeat, playful style with a playlist to make you smile!
Hollie has been practicing yoga for many years experiencing many different styles and teachers from Ashtanga Vinyasa, to Hatha and Flow to more recently Yin, Vinyasa Krama and Jivamukti.
Her classes are designed to help you tone up, lose weight and increase flexibility. Each class is made up of simple but challenging sequences followed by a short relaxation, aiming to leave you feeling stronger, calmer and more centred!
As part of Hollie’s commitment to personal development she is studying under world renown Teacher Tiffany Cruikshank, on her 500 hour Advanced Yoga Medicine teacher training program. The course modules are anatomically focussed assessing a student’s body and then offering a “Yoga Prescription” with on going analysis and adjustment to either restore function after an injury or simply work on enhancing strength and or flexibility.
She is also a Certified Les Mills Body Balance Instructor.
