Holly Holland

I specialize in Rocket yoga, which founder Larry Schultz developed based on the first and second series of Ashtanga yoga. I also teach gentle hatha yoga classes. I currently teach private and small group classes in my beautiful St. Matthews home studio. Previously I taught at Yoga on Baxter, University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, Core Studios, Jewish Community Center, and Shine.
