Hi, I’m Holly! I’ve been practicing yoga for 11 years and Kundalini is by far the most effective and transformative form of yoga I’ve found – I practice every morning and use it throughout my day to continually tap into my power, keep balanced, and access my higher self. It’s aided me in quitting numerous addictive substances (drugs, alcohol, cigarettes) but most importantly it’s allowed me to take control of my life in ways I never imagined, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and confidence. It’s a POWERFUL practice that I have come to love over all other spiritual and physical practices.
I’m also the founder of Hip Sobriety, a modern individualistic approach to sobriety. A huge part of my work and secret to my own success achieving and maintaining sobriety has been my kundalini yoga practice and I’ve spent the last few years studying Kundalini specifically as it relates to overcoming addiction.
