Holly has studied, practised and taught different types of yoga for more than 25 years, including Classical Ashtanga (8 Limbs system/8 steps to Peace) with Baba Hari Dass, Hatha, Vinyasa and has specialized in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Therapy. She has completed several teachers training course in India.
Holly's study and practice of Yoga has taught her to care for herself and others, with a deep sense of compassion and understanding. In 2007 Holly discovered Kundalini Yoga and found the profound spiritual practice she was seeking. As she has continued to travel along the spiritual path of yoga, she has found 'community' and her family of like-minded people.
Holly is a firm believer in community and strives to bring a strong sense of community to the practice of yoga. Holly has 2 children and 4 grandchildren who are beautiful beacons of light in her life! Yoga has taught her to be creative and has awakened her mind, body and spirit. Holly's passion for yoga and life has led her to deepen her practice, and open her heart to live a life of Grace as she inhales with Joy and exhales with Peace along the way.
