A barefoot child of India with life-long experience in the yoga tradition. I have a well-grounded background in sports related anatomy and physiology before launching into her formal yoga teaching with Jason Crandel. Having trained with Burmese Monks, she extended her training into the secular mindfulness discipline under the venerable guidance of Dr Collard, author of 'MBCT for Dummies' whom she co-teaches with. My classes are dynamic and challenging to develop your strength and stamina followed by a guided meditation.
