Hui-Min started to practice Hatha yoga in Taiwan in 2010 with the recommendation of Chinese medicine doctor to ease fatigue from busy days. Gradually, she has noticed that yoga practice does not only reboot her physical body, but also filled her up with the whole vital energy. In 2014, an unexpected car accident hurt her lumbar spine and left shoulder, this big event has brought her back to the yoga journey again in Canada. Taking yoga practice as therapy, her starting yoga posture in six months with injury was Savasana to comfort the fragile injured body and mind. With her belief of always pursuing alignment in safe practice, she went far and beyond aside from her regular practice and completed the Yoga Teacher Training Program at Sun and Moon Studio in 2016. Since then, she has been a teacher at Sun and Moon Studio right after her graduation that summer. With what Yoga practices has changed her life, she wants to share her rehabilitation experiences and her secret discoveries in yoga world with students!!!
