I have been practicing yoga for 15 years. Having developed my own practice primarily within the Ashtanga school of yoga, I now teach a slow, deep, flowing style of yoga that is guided by the relationship between breath and movement and has mindfulness at its core. I'm a fully accredited British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher, having studied for two years at Triyoga, the 's leading yoga centre, with leading UK teachers Jean Hall and Mimi Quo Deemer.
I teach a regular class at 11am on Saturday mornings at the Yoga Balance, Unit 1, 2 Lamber away, North Finchley which is £10 drop in or £50 for a 6 week pass. The postcode is N12 9EP.
I also cover various classes around North and Central London and teach private classes on request.
