I am a qualified yoga instructor and member of Yoga Australia. I offer private and group yoga classes in and around Melbourne. My purpose is to make yoga accessible to all, irrespective of age, culture and fitness level.
I have been practising different styles of yoga since 2011, and have a passion for yoga philosophy. I teach accessible and inclusive classes with modifications from beginner to advanced students. My focus is on strengthening the mind and the body, while practising self-acceptance and grounding in the present.
My teaching method is based on the Iyengar style and focused on safety and alignment. My approach is friendly and empowering, and I always make sure you feel comfortably challenged.
The end goal is for you to leave class better than when you started, whatever it may mean for you. I respect your individuality and inform my teaching based on your preferences.
